I am a designated Utah Realtor and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), which means I maintain the highest possible standards as a real estate agent. The Realtor® designation means that I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and act according to a specific code of ethics, which guarantees the highest level of service for you when buying or selling real estate.
I was born in Utah, raised in California and relocated back to Salt Lake in 1988. I have lived in Utah for the past 20 years and know the Salt Lake area very well. As a Realtor, I have extensive knowledge of each of the communities in the Salt Lake valley, as well as Utah County, and I am committed to working tirelessly on your behalf to make your next home buying or selling experience a pleasant and successful one.

For sellers, it is my commitment to sell your property in a timely manner while helping you attain the highest possible price. I offer my clients "concierge service" which means I will take care of your home while I have it listed for sale. So, for example, if your kitchen light bulb burns out, I will buy and install a replacement bulb; or if your mailbox is run over, I will build you a new one...(I've actually done this, believe it or not.) The point of offering a higher level of service is because selling your home is already stressful and the last thing you should be worried about is a dead light bulb or a broken mailbox. I believe in the old addage, "You get what you pay for" - and that's why I offer a higher level of service to my clients.
